FAMILY ROOMS:- A child under 3 is free and over three up to sixteen sharing with two adults is half adult price. Example:- Solway Room Summer season, A child 16 or under with two adults total price £87.50,
Luxury Cumbria Family room Summer season 2 adults + 2 children 16 and under total price £97-50
each additional child over 3 years is half the adult price.
Check in time 16-00 hrs till 20-00 hrs Departure time on last day of stay 10-00am
Late departure 12-00 noon by previous arrangement £20-00 per room.
Early check in time only by previous arrangement (only dependant on availability of empty room from previous day) no charge. an early arrival time can only be confirmed by a telephone call very close to the date of your stay. To guarentee having a room it is best to book a room on the previous day to your main stay date.
Bookings taken over the phone normally require a £25-00 deposit which can be by card or cheque please provide an e-mail address for us to confirm your booking request.
Deposits and canceled reservation, we will return deposits if we are notified in writing 14 days prior to the booked arrival date.
PLEASE NOTE TO ENABLE OUR GUESTS TO GET A RESTFULL NIGHT WE ASK THAT NOISE IS KEPT TO A MINIMUM AFTER 11-00PM,
We do not allow access to the property after midnight as the front door is locked and we do not provide keys.
